The purpose of this one day module is to support learners to be able to develop an effective range of leadership styles and behaviours that will engage others and drive effective performance.

Course Description

Using a diagnostic, practical examples and case studies, learners will explore and understand the implications of their own and others' leadership behaviour in different contexts and situations. On the module, learners will explore definitions and models of leadership and be able to use and interpret diagnostics to assess the effectiveness of their own leadership styles and inform an action plan for development.
