Participation in a 6 day leadership development course for those working in the International Transport sector
This programme provides leadership and management development training for those moving into supervisory or management positions for the first time. It has been specifically designed to meet the needs of those working in International Transport and provides both management skills and contextualised, specialist, input from sector experts.
The programme is designed for people who are:
Currently employed in ports, shipping, logistics, supply chain or in a related transport organisation;
About to take on supervisory or first line-management responsibilities, or who have taken these on recently;
Looking to enhance their knowledge and develop leadership skills.
Over 6 days of training, delivered at the University of Suffolk, participants will be introduced to concepts, constructs and techniques that can be applied in the workplace, and which will prepare and equip them for future leadership and management responsibilities.
Including those working in Logistics Management, Ports and Shipping Management, Freight Handling, Transportation, Transport Operations, Supply Chain Management etc.
